Our nanny agency recruits experienced nannies and babysitters for incredible families. We want you to be happy and appreciated as a full-time or part-time nanny. As a childcare provider, you develop a strong bond with the kids you care for, and we hope you will want to stay with a family for at least a year, if not more. We offer high-paying jobs, great benefits, and ample vacation time.

Happiness is everything to our full-time and part-time childcare providers. Developing a close relationship with a nanny family involves commitment and love. It is a close bond that makes every day have meaning, brings you joy, and helps you laugh. The parents depend on your reliability, engagement, and intelligence. Our clients offer generous benefits, ample vacation time, and an excellent wage. As a former nanny, the owner knows how important it is to care for kids in a fair and reasonable environment to share your childcare expertise. Our goal is for you to develop a long-lasting relationship with your nanny family.

Love is paramount to this family. The household consists of two kids, one with Asperger's and the other with Attention Deficit Disorder. (ADD) The parents want confident and independent children, and love is the unifying theme to accomplish this.

The parents adopted both kids, knowing they needed special needs childcare. It is essential to the parents that the children's lives billow with love and support. Our clients hope you join them on this journey.

The most successful candidate will be patient and kind. Additionally, the full-time caregiver will have childcare experience related to special needs kids with autism, Aspergers, and ADD/ADHD.

The kids are 5yo and 10yo. The 5yo was diagnosed two years ago as being on the Autism spectrum. Lo will be with you full-time in our client's home. Our client hopes you use positive reinforcement to prepare this cutie for elementary school. This little tyke has minimal behavior issues but struggles with recognizing social cues, body language, and verbal cognition. Ideally, you know American Sign Language (ASL). Please be prepared to transport Lo to occupational therapy twice a week.

The 10yo is unbelievably intelligent and attends school full-time, despite having Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. One of your responsibilities is picking up and dropping this smartie off at elementary school. Three years ago, this little cutie was diagnosed with ADHD. You can recognize patterns of hyperactivity, excessive talking, and impulsivity. Lo takes medicine to manage symptoms and sometimes needs reminders to eat. As a natural charmer, this little love will have you chuckling. This little one is highly intelligent and loves everything hands-on, including sports, yoga, trampoline parks, and science.
