Cambridge Nanny Group is seeking a business development professional to join our Chicago team to expand our existing client base. . Our goal is simple: to unite qualified and dedicated nannies with families. Our expertise lies in our unique ability to help identify and understand the needs and goals of each nanny and family.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Coverage Team Leader with existing business development efforts within specific client coverage territories within the Chicagoland area.

Work with the Coverage Team Leader to manage key consultant relationships

Conduct the research and prepare market analysis of specific coverage territories in conjunction with the groups broader strategic planning process

Collaborate with the Coverage Team Leader on the development of appropriate marketing pieces, product updates, various external correspondence, etc.

Assist with the creation of client presentations, in particular any uniquely tailored client proposals.

Identify customer needs and position Advanced Strategies products to meet those needs

Maintain prospect information in a contact management database

Assist in the development of market and product ideas.

Respond to existing client inquire.


REQUIRMENTS

A passion for children and families. The ideal candidate will find our industry very rewarding.

5+ years of sales or comparable experience in an employment environment. We are willing to train the right individual.

Superior communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong interpersonal skills, particularly with respect to managing client relationships as well as working in a team-oriented environment

Ideal candidate will possess some of the following traits: energetic, personable, customer focused, persuasive, and entrepreneurial.

Strong attention to detail is imperative
